If you haven't already please head over the discord to find information about booking your room at the hotel, and filling out the event waiver. 

Procedes from ticket sales cover the shirts, food, venue, event insurance, raffle items and shipping. 

I have a running spread sheet with everyone's email and how many tickets they bought. On the night of the raffle we will put your name on a ticket, and if your ticket is pulled we will email you to claim the prize. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days, or a back up winner will be picked.
